How do I keep my menu & inventory up to date?

Integrate your Point-of-Sale

Integrating your POS system increases customer satisfaction and drives real conversions for your business. To setup an integration, complete the following steps:

  1. Visit https://wheresweed.com/login to login to your account.
  2. Once logged in, click “My Businesses” from your account dropdown.
  3. From the business menu, click on “Menu Settings.”
  4. Click on your POS system. Please contact us if you don’t see your integration listed.
  5. Enter your integration keys. For help finding your integration keys, please visit our Integrations page.

CSV Import

You may manually import / export your inventory. To do so, please complete the following steps:

  1. Visit https://wheresweed.com/login to login to your account.
  2. Once logged in, click “My Businesses” from your account dropdown.
  3. From the business menu, click on “Menu Settings”
  4. Click Export Menu CSV

To import a product, repeat the above steps, however, click on “Import Menu CSV”
Note: You may check: “Remove all existing products” to clear existing product inventory.

Update products manually

To add individual products, please complete the following steps:

  1. Visit https://wheresweed.com/login to login to your account.

    Once logged in, click “My Businesses” from your account dropdown.

    From the business menu, click on “Menu & Products.”

    Click Add Product.

Mass editing products

  1. You may mass-edit products by clicking on their corresponding checkbox, or, selecting the category checkbox to select all products within that category.
  2. Next, click “Mass Edit Products”
  3. Make any necessary changes and click “Save”
